While a post-match warm-up is routine, this one was more intensive than usual.

The result proved to be the perfect response to their previous home game. Which saw them suffer a morale-damaging 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace last Sunday.

But with five wins from their last seven games in all competitions. There are small signs of improvement being made by the United squad after a wretched start to the campaign.

Amorim is in no mood to settle just yet, however. The 40-year-old took advantage of the opportunity to work with his players on the pitch again, despite some stars playing the full 90 minutes.

Rasmus Hojlund and Toby Collier were also spotted taking part in the extra session, with young midfielder Collier an unused substitute against the Foxes, while Hojlund had only just finished 90 minutes.
